What is the christian life coaching process?

We begin with a foundational conversation to understand your unique story and goals. From there, we work together to simplify your life and manage your emotions through a lens of grace and love.

How long does a session last?

Our sessions are typically 60 minutes long. This allows for a deep and focused exploration of your current challenges and the development of practical strategies for your daily life.

What if I don't feel comfortable?

We prioritize your comfort and safety. If at any point you feel that the coaching environment or is not right for you or that I am not the right fit, we will adjust our approach, or I will help you find another coach that will fit your needs. You can only truly grow when you feel supported and at peace.

Can I come for a trial session?

Yes! In fact, we recommend it!! We offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery session. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our coaching philosophy and see if it aligns with your spiritual and emotional journey.
